Who am I?

A northwest t transplant by way of Georgia and Alaska, I've been living and working in the area for amost 40 years. I have been a graphic designer and illustrator for over 25 years, and have illustrated three children's books.

I've been interested in art ever since I was a kid and my brother taught me to draw with smelly magic markers In our basement in Alaska. I've been drawing ever since and hopefully have improved somewhat.

I have an incredibly short attention span which is why my three dimensional work tends to be mixed media. I enjoy the juxtaposition of different elements in a single work often combining bits and pieces of antique ephemera with new materials.

I currently reside in Enumclaw with my wife, three dogs, two cats, a skunk, opossum and an undisclosed number of raccoons.
